I don't think so. Every season has it's positives and negatives for me. That's what makes my favorite season so special when it finally rolls around.
With this punishing heat motivating my answer,absolutely.
I love New England because of it's mixed bag...you never really know what you're going to get year to year, never mind season to season. Change in this case is good.

To be honest, I live where there is only one season with various shades of "HOT" and I'm not a fan.
I would love to have a long spring, long fall, short summer and short winter. You name that place, and I want to retire there.
But no, I would not want just one season.
