Do you have any Christmas Traditions that you try to keep each year??
If so, what are they?

NOPE.........JUST EAT TURKEY @ NOON
Stockings.... Everyone in our family, Mom, Dad, PEF, George, Gracie (Beagles) and I get a christmas stocking.
Stockings with goodies & little gifts - as a kid, they were onm the end of our beds when we woke up (to keep us occupied until the parents got up).
My wonderful wife now hangs them on the stairs and fills them.
Also, one gift on Christmas Eve - usually something like socks or underwear.
And oatmeal for breakfast (because as kids, my brothers & I hated it, and my Dad was into torture).
We would also listen to a record of Dicken's "A Christmas Carol" on Christmas Eve - which scared us, so I did not keep up that tradition.
Well in my family all the presents were labeled TO the recipient FROM Santa. Now that I am married all presents come through George & Gracie from the Head Beagle.
Christmas Cards are hung on a ribbon above the archway like mistletoe.
Starting from this year on, there will be a Christmas Train and a Christmas Trolley around the Christmas Tree.
Christmas Eve is spent with Pat's Cousins and their families (that one we will miss this year).
When my mom was alive, Christmas Day always involved a trip to L.L. Bean's store in Freeport, Maine (They are open 24/7/365 and have no locks on the doors). I think my mother enjoyed shopping and watching everyone go crazy trying to exchange things.
Pat and I do not exchange extravigant gifts, but we do buy each other every year, Books, CDs and DVDs we are interested in. That way we get to enjoy them together throughout the coming years.
