Sunday-- Church, Football, relaxation and a day of Rest...
I know where this question came from - I like Sunday's - lazing in bed, sharing the paper with my lovely wife, making a good breakfast for the family, doing the grocery shopping for the week, watching football all day & evening during the season, etc.
I nice relaxing day to get all the chores done I didn't do during the week or on Saturday (when I probably played golf)
Lately, on Sunday I start wishing for Friday afternoon. By that timed I've done all my chores and realized the weekend is over and my time with my husband and kids is almost over...again. Friday afternoon is what I crave--that's when I look forward to time with the family, relaxation, time with friends.
Monday (freaky huh)
Monday is my favorite day because I just had a weekend with my honey pie and now it's my time to myself.
Certainly - Holiday!
MONDAY--MONDAY--MONDAY!!!!!!!!!!
OH BOY!!! NOW TO SEE IF WE CAN GET
THROUGH ANOTHER WEEK, OF ACHING JOINTS, SORE MUSCLES.

[yesterday's wisdom]
Saturday. It's between Friday and Sunday! LOL Actually, because I have no major committments. If I need to go shopping I can or I can put it off 1 more day. Saturday nights, I look forward to hopefully being home alone with hubby or choosing to go out with him, knowing I can sleep in a bit later the next day. Church isn't until 10:00 on Sunday's so we have some leeway. Saturdays are great!
I really like Fridays. Now that I am working for myself, I have given myself Fridays off ... so that is one reason!!
It is also "date night" with my hubby ... and we go to the same place every Friday evening. Quite often friends meet us there and a good time is had by all!!
But it is also the anticipation of a weekend stretching out ahead of me ... Saturday and Sunday sleep-ins ... leisurely breakfasts ... time with family ...
Fridays hold promise of joys to come ...
Friday.....the anticipation of some fun and relaxation.
Even if it doesn't happen, I still enjoy the anticipation!
