Terrible and Terrible, Worse and Worser!
Diet and Exercise Regime? When did Diet and Exercise come to power? Did I miss something? I thought this was a democratic republic.
Diet ??? What Diet???
Exercise .... I am doing 90-110 minutes of exercise M-W-F of every week ... and still at it ... have been for a year. I lost my fave trainer and haven't gotten another one ... but still doing the weights somewhat ... and LOTS of cardio.
I'm friggin congested! I pray it is allergies.

Diet: off the wagon and gained back some that I had lost.
Exercise: Does rocking in a chair while watching the TV count?
Health: Well, A1C is 5.7, up a little but good. Cholesterol down to 148, but with meds. That being said, I am not feeling my best.
Overall, my attitude has been LOUSY and I have no motivation. And even knowing, recognizing and understanding these things, do not help.
I have been very good about exercising - at least 3 days a week I spend 2 hours at the gym, aerobic exercise, weight lifting and swimming.
I have not been as good about my diet - not gaining any weight, but not losing any either. My sweet tooth is my downfall.
