Yes. How often? It depends on how busy I am...Really busy, never. Bored or under a deadline -> every 10 minutes
As my lovely wife will attest, I wear a watch every day. Feel naked without one. I check it only when I feel I have loss sense of time or if I am running late for something. Other than that, I rarely check it.
I hate wearing a watch - it bothers my wrist.
But - I wear one to work every day, then take it off as soon as the work day is done.
Used to wear a watch, don't anymore. I check the time by the various time pieces about 4, maybe 5 times a day.
WORE ONE FOR YEARS, WAS LOOKING AT
IT EVERY FEW MINUTES WHEN I WAS A PROOFREADER AND MAIL HAD TO GO OUT,
IT WAS ONE OF THOSE PLACES THAT NEVER HAD TIME TO DO IT RIGHT BUT ALWAYS HAD TIME TO DO IT OVER. WHEN
I FINALLY GOT OUT OF THE PLACE I THREW THE WATCH IN A DRAWER AND NEVER WORE ONE AGAIN. AND TO THIS DAY I HAVE NEVER MISSED A MEAL, IN
PROBABLY 35 YEARS.

Yes, I wear a watch and i check it whenever I want to know the time.
I only wear my watch when going out these days! These days I'm the master of my own time.....
I do wear a watch .... but I rarely look at it!!
It does seem to me that I get asked for the time by total strangers a lot more often than I would consider the norm .... I wear a watch for them.
I'll use the car clock or my cell phone time or various other clocks ... but rarely actually use my watch!
Of course when I really feel naked is when I don't have my comb and I am folically challenged.
I wear one daily. I look at it when I write a hall pass or when I want to leave someplace. I don't wear one on vacation. I love vacation.
