If you were to write a book .... what would it be about? Would it be fiction or Non-fiction?

It would be fiction - I have a couple of chapters of 2 different books finished, but if I was to finish them, they each would have to be revisited and updated.
As I discovered, it is incredibly hardto write a book - my hat goes off to anyone who actually completes one. And I gather getting it published is even harder than writing it.
I did write a Christmas short story that I will try to get published - nit sure where or how, but I will try.
Non-Fiction. Truth is stranger than fiction!
I would probably start with a travel book since I know so many good places to eat and interesting things to see in different places. In fact my friends have been bugging me for years to write one.
If not a travel book, then a history book and then a novel.

I'm pretty sure my book would be fiction. The subject...is yet to be determined by my littl brain.
I think it would be classified as Non-Fiction…..
I would do a big coffee table book that is a pictorial history of Neon Signs in Fort Worth and once I make a fortune on that one, I would expand to Texas, then do a book for each state, RT 66, Las Vegas, and then go GLOBAL…. I would get then get the nickname Goddess of Neon.
And of course, I would supply my wonderful hubby with my photos to add to his travel guides too.
I have many times started a book.
It is non-fiction and is the story of my family.....which quite frankly is stranger than fiction.
Many friends have encouraged me...but I need more time.
If I were to write a book it would be about my family farm .... it would be based strongly on truth ... but I would write it as a novel, changing names and putting in details I can only imagine, not know for sure ....
I'll probably do this someday ...
