Oh, so many variables.... The person under consideration, the photographer, the lighting, the amount of photoshoping.... But I'm going to go out on a limb and say female....
It's not going out on a limb at all. The female body wins hands down every time. Boticelli, Rubens, Renoir, et. al. painted far more nude females than they did nude males, the one exception is probably Michaelangelo but even his women looked male, see Mona Lisa - WHOA! Beat with an ugly stick that one was....
Check that - should have said Da Vinci
