What's your ethical responsibility as a citizen when you believe your country is acting immorally?

the only way to be an influence on an immoral act is to do something that catches the attention of others or the media.

I don't believe one voice makes a difference in our government unless it has supporters. If I call Christopher Dodd today and complained about the lack of bite in the credit card bill (for instance) I can guarantee it would be forgotten as soon as he hung up. (okay it's Christopher Dodd hehehe)

If 20 people called, it may catch his attention. If it were on Channel 3 news, it would definitely catch his attention but I wonder for how long. I have no faith in anyone in Congress to represent me without a personal agenda...Sad but true.

I have no answer to this question.

Sharing your opinion and beliefs at a minimum. Joining others to force change is the next step.
