First off let me say that to me danger is in the eyes of the beholder. I am afraid of heights. That said, my brother and I at one time were making plans to climb Mt Whitney. It is the highest mountain in the lower 48 states at 14,505 feet. Of course now I would also have to be afraid of my heart up there. My cardiologist would forbid my trip. But heck your question said no risk.
Only think I can think of Hot Air Ballooning. It is not very dangerous, but I think I would enjoy it.
oooohhh! a cool question. I would race a NASCAR car; do the luge (doesn't that look fun!); do the longest ski jump; OH! and fly through the ski. have you seen those guys that have a webbed jumped suit...that.
On the flip side, brain surgery that would save someone's life.

It wouldn't be dangerous if there was no risk, therefore I would not do it. The whole point is to take the challenge and accept the risk. For me it would sailing around the world alone with all the risks that entails.
