You are given the power to kill people simply by thinking of their deaths and twice repeating the word "goodbye".
People would die a natural death and no one would suspect you.
Are there any situations in which you would use this power?

Although there are times when I wish I could make someone die, I do not really want the ability or the responsibility that goes with it.
I do believe in capital punishment, but only after "due process."

Never would I want this power or if I had it - I would never use it.
Life is the most precious thing in this world.
Yikes!! I am afraid I would have already used this power!! I think a couple of Ex's would be dead instead of divorced ... along with an Uncle who destroyed and is still destroying the family farm ... along with a few snasty girls in High School ... and some elementary classmates ...
Yikes !!! I have a feeling that if so many people died like that, eventaully CSI would hunt me down!!
My anger can burn bright and HOT ... and given that power ... look out!!
When I find a person that is cruel enough to take a little girl (sometimes his own little girl) rape her till her noble parts are rendered useless, beat her (before, during and after the rape), cut a limb off and leave her to die a slow un undeserved death, like I've seen a couple of police reports (and I've seen worse cases) - I would cheerfully use this power on him. And I really don't wish it to be a natural death. And I don't care if anyone finds out.
In cases like those, "due process" is redundant. I would also use my power on the slime that is willing to defend such a beast.
THERE SURE IS.....EVERY PIECE OF SLIME THAT WANTED TO START A WAR,EVERY @##$$%^^&*&* THAT MURDERED A FELLOW HUMAN AND ON AND ON TILL THE ONLY ONES LEFT ARE THE NICE PEOPLE LIKE ME.

wow...i don't even want to think about how tempting this could be...does that make me a bad person? it'd be a full-time job finding the names of all the child molestors out there and wishing them goodbye from this world...
on the other hand, i seriously doubt i could actually go through with it...
i'm with tom...i don't want the responsibility...but if i were on the jury for the person with this ability, i wouldn't put them in jail (just in case they wanted revenge! ha!)

I wouldn't want this power because I'd wipe out too many people.
if someone was suffering and wanted to die to end that suffering, i would want to help them if i could, so yes....not to be used as a form of punishment or retribution, but as a way to help someone end their pain with dignity
i may dislike some people but i dont think i would want them to die.
