If you HAVE TO exercise .... what is your prefered method of exercise?

Do you exercise on a regular basis??

Walking .... I really like walking, especailly if there are walking paths including streams or ponds and trees and nature ....

I am also fond of swimming .... but haven't done that in years!

No ... but starting tomorrow ... Bronco and I are back on The South Beach Diet and are going to start walking every morning ....

Swimming, cycling, used to be soccer, football and basketball, but the knees won't allow that anymore.

No, not unless you count chores around the house....

If I am at the gym, I like to do 30-45 minutes of time on the eliptical trainer and then do 30 minutes of weight lifting.

Otherwise, I like to play golf and walk.

PREFERRED IS SLOWLY AND STEADILY
RAISING THE LEG REST WHILE LAYING
BACK ON THE HEAD REST, ON MY LAZY BOY.A TRULY CALCULATED EXCERCISE.
REGULAR BASIS YOU BETCHA....ONCE TO READ THE MORNING PAPER...AGAIN
AFTER CHECKING THE E-MAIL AND ANS.
THE CINDY BLOG....SEVERAL MORE TIMES TO CHECK THE FRIDGE AND AND
DON'T FORGET THE UPS AND DOWNS FOR
NAPS!!!!!!!!!!

Curves....keeps me honest and getting my exercise...at least 3x a week!
Where we live there are so many great places to take long walks and make it a days outing...that's the kind of walking I enjoy most!!!

I like moving a mouse around a pad and typinng... I burn 100 calorie a day doing this... yeah. :P

I like a circuit type gym with a really good a/c. During nice weather I like walking.
