I would choose Mind.... However, if you kept your body but lost your mind, would you really care either way? Tough one....I'm going to do a PEF and says I want to keep BOTH!!!!
I choose to retain my mind.
I want my mind intact. But I want my body at 30 too. I want it all!
Seems this guy PEF has set the standard for Blog Answering, what a guy!
But here is a curve ball coming at ya! If I could only choose one, I would choose the body, because everyone knows a minds agility comes through experience, use and expansion of knowledge and it is rare that a 30 year old possesses any of these in much quantity.

Oh PEF! You are correct... I want the mind of a 17 year old. They know "EVERYTHING".....just ask one.
