I cannot say that I personally have experienced anything that leads me to believe in angels or ghosts, but I do believe they exist. But I cannot quantify how I know this.
I have echo's of future events in my dreams. I think that these are angels or ghosts of loved ones preparing me for things to come.
So yes.
My dad came to me in mysleep after he died to tell me not to worry and to take care of my Mom. I believe that was really him.
My Mom has visited me several times - and just smiled atme like she used to - I believe that was her.
So, my answer is YES
