If you were the Ruler of the World and you could have anything you wanted as well as have people do anything you wanted, do you think you would get greedy and mean or would you be a good and fair ruler?

Actually, I do not want to be ruler of the world under any circumstances.
I think that I would try very hard to be good and fair .... I get enraged seeing people turn greedy and mean (See looters in New Orleans for example). I would Like to think that I would be above that sort of behavior.
However ... I am with Bronco .... I don't want to be Ruler of the World!!

I think I would be fair and good, but power does strange things to the human race. I might end up mean and greedy having everything I wanted when I wanted it, and have everyone doing exactly as I wish. Never know how total power could affect me or anyone else.
I would certainly try to be a good honest ruler, but I would never ever want to be in that position.
I will just stay my ordinary self and be happy.
Ruler of the World? I would be greedy...greedy to correct the injustices and greedy to feed the hungry and greedy to have peace. As for mean...I have a hard time imagining forcing someone to act in opposition to their beliefs. I'd like to force everyone to get along, play nicely, and not pee in the sand box, but it only works when folks act of their own accord. Wouldn't that be a good test of my southern charm????
I'm content with my Princess status...someone else can be Ruler! heehee
I would have to say first, I would never want to be ruler of the world. However, if that is out the window, I would try to eliminate hunger; I would try to ensure that every kid went to bed loved by two parents; I would try to educate everyone; I would try to ensure that everyone has the same good medical care; I would ensure that everyone had a good standard of living.
Who am I kidding...pipe dream
I don't want to be but I know I would be nice. I would be sure everyone was safe. Did that say I was magic too?
I would try very hard to be good and fair, because whether you are ruler of the world or just average Joe, it is best to be fair and true even though it is not usually the most fun or doesn't FEEL the best, it pays off best in the end and in the conscience.
