Oooooooooooooooh, This is really hard.
I would really hate to be blind as there is so much beauty in this world, but there is also so many marvelous sounds. Music, a baby's cry, laughter, etc.
I quess I would have to choose to be deaf and use my imagination as to the sounds.
Geeze, too hard.

I would choose deaf - as I can remember the sounds while I look at the sights.

I would choose Deafness ... I would hate to miss all the wonderful sounds of our lives ... music, laughter, birds, ocean waves ... However, I have already heard these things ... and hopefully I could pull them up from memory when needed.

Sight is so much more needed to exist in today's society.

I would have to say deafness. Even though I love music and I appreciate the sounds of nature, I know I could cope with deafness. I can learn to read lips, and I can learn to use AMSL. I know I'm too lazy to learn to read braile. I could not stand to not be able to look upon the world, to be without color... to be without all of that
