Question #62

Question #29 from "The KIDS' Book of Questions" by Gregory Stock, PH.D.

What is the worst nightmare you can ever remember having?

Would you be willing to have the same dream tonight if it meant you could spend a weekend in Disneyland? ((Keep in mind .... this is a KID's book of questions))

((Cincin adds an adult version .... )) Would you be willing to have the same dream tonight if it meant you could have another week of paid vacation this year?

Explain!!

I don't usually remember my dreams but I did have one where my whole family turned into huge machines and tried to kill me. I would definitely have that dream again though because I love Disneyland! :)

I had a weird dream theother night where I was killing cats - not really a nightmare, but I did not enjoy it. I really do not remember any nightmares I have ever had. I do remember being delusional (no comments Cindy!) from a high fever once. I remember barracading myself in a bathroom because I was convinced that there was somehting trying to get me on the other side of the door.

I do not want that experience again, so I will pass on the trip to Disneyland. Also, ever day I spend with Cindy & Robbie is a vacation day, so I do not need an additional week.

My worst nightmares usually involve wolves for some reason. They also involve a house where stairways drop away from beneath my feet ... floorboards fall away ... and everything is chaos. And ever since I had Robbie, they also involve him being separated from me and me trying to get to him in the chaotic shifting house.

Pffffttttt to DisneyLand (although I do have some nice friends in California I'd like to meet).

I'll pass on having the nightmare again ... thanks ....

I absolutely do not remember my nightmares. I know I have them because I've woken myself to get out of them. I awaken with my heart beating, cold sweat, and a sinking feeling of real dread. I must be psychologically fortunate. Given that, I guess I would go through one for a week's paid vacation. Not a problem: for one night's discomfort, I get 5 days...Okay

I've been having lot's of strange dreams and mini nightmare's lately (which is a good sign because at least it means I'm having some REM sleep occassionally). The great thing is that they are not real, they are only a dream and you wake up! So, I guess I could deal with it for a week off!
