Question #169
As many of you may have noticed .... Bronco and Totsie have both stated on here many times how much they love and enjoy their spouses. Bronco is my husband, Tom ... and he is a gushy goober and I love every minute of it. Totsie is our dear friend Marsha and I am very sad to tell you that her beloved husband, John, passed away this past weekend ... suddenly and unexpectedly. He was only 52.
I don't know when Totsie will read this .... or if she will read this ... but I know she would appreciate any kind words you can offer her. Gumdrop ... believe it or not, I think she would especially like some words from you.
Bronco is setting up a Memorial Fund to help Totsie and her children, David and Suzanne, through the tough times ahead ... if you would like to contribute please email Tom at tmackinnon@firsthorizon.com
Today's Question .... Have you hugged your loved ones lately?

I try to hug them every day
I am inspired by John and Marsha's love for each other. I am inspired by their zest for life and love and knowledge and friendship. That love stays with us all...no matter what.
Whatever God's plan is...it is perfect. Faith means we'll see John again...and in the meantime, we all have a new guardian angel.
Marsha, We love you.
Virtual hugs to you all...
Marsha, I have often smiled at your statements about your husband. Your love for each other was evident. I am so sorry for your loss sweetie. While we are never "prepared" to lose a loved one, to lose someone so young and so unexpectedly must be incredibly difficult. Please know that I will be keeping you and David and Suzanne in my prayers. Sending you big hugs for as long as you need them! {{{Marsha}}}
CinCin and Tom, I extend my deepest sympathy to you as well my dear friends. Your "gushy gooberness" is an inspiration! Sending you both Big Hugs as well! Tom, I will be emailing you! Much Love, RH
LOOKS LIKE I WILL PULL BONERS TILL
THE LAST DAY. WHAT A DAY TO FORWARD
THAT CHENEY JOKE, ALL I CAN SAY IS
I SENT IT BEFORE I OPENED THE BLOG.
TOTSIE I AM ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE
WHO NEVER KNOWS WHAT TO SAY BUT THE
THING THAT HELPED ME THE MOST WHEN
I LOST MY SON WAS A POEM THE UNDER-
TAKER PASSED OUT TO THE FAMILY---
"I'LL GIVE HIM TO YOU FOR A LITTLE
WHILE". MAYBE YOU CAN GET A COPY
IT WAS GREAT FOR THE TIME RIGHT AFTER THE FUNERAL WHEN YOU STILL
DIDN'T WANT TO BELIEVE IT WAS TRUE
THAT IT WAS OVER. ALL MY BEST TO YOU AND THE KIDS.
GUMDROP
My Deepest Sympathies To Marsha,
David, Suzanne their family and dear friends. May the joys you shared with John be relived in beautiful memories......
marsha we love you so much and are so soso sorry for your loss. your husband was such a kind person and fun to be around. we feel very grateful to have known him and are so glad that we know you and your daughter (haven't met your son). i know you are in so much pain and it will probably in some ways only get worse over time. i know everyone says if you need anything call and no one ever calls for anything so be yourself, be a rebel and call on anyone who offers and make them do stuff to make you smile. we love you and you deserve to be surrounded by padding of friends.
