If he or she is my friend - I will stand up for him or her. No matter what.
Absolutely! And I would try to find out why they were picking on my friend and try to stop it because I'm a "fixer". But if I could not, I would still not abandon my friend.
Okay, being the one that was 5 ft 8 by 6th grade, wore glasses, had a chipped tooth and only wore clothes that my mother made for me.... I was the kid they picked on....and yes, I had very few friends until I got to high school where I was surrounded by band friends. Were were all misfits.
BUT because of this, I am a very loyal friend to a fault!
Yes - friends are friends, the rest are pessimists.

Those of you who know me, know that I would always stand by my friends - can't stand the gang mentality! Gotten into trouble for it plenty of times, but its always worth it! Love ya Cin!
I was the kid who was picked on in elementary and middle school ... and I had a small group of friends who stood by me, kind of.
Most of the torture took place on the bus and the girls who were my friends walked to school ... so they weren't really roped into the hate.
Once we all went to high school and merged with other school's students ... the power of the "haters" went away.
yeaaa i would just forget all those other people they are just loosing out on the fun
