Just one? Are you kidding? Sausage and Corn Bread Stuffung;Kentucky Bourbon Sweet Potatoes;Homemade Cranberry Sauce with Orange Zest; Italian Sweet Peas OR Fresh Whole Green Beans, slightly sauteed with garlic and grated, hard Parmesian cheese on top. The perfect blending of Native American. Southern and Italian Cuisine in one meal! It's a lot of work for 30 minutes of eating, but my family loves it!

My wife's mashed potatoes, though we don't eat mashed potatoes much anymore. Green bean casserole, cranberry relish, and my Italian Sausage Stuffing with Pecans which I must say is fabulous!

We don't have anything nearly as fancy as some have listed here, but it's great nonetheless!

There's no way to choose just one favorite!! I don't consider any of these side dishes....they are the main courses for me! Gotta have green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes and cranberry sauce (the kind from the can of course - I hate real cranberries!). I also make a great kale/gruyere cheese casserole that's become a favorite of mine. Don't forget the bread....lots and lots of those little fluffy rolls. Yummmm I can't wait!

My very favorite Side Dish is Conbread and Sausage Stuffing ... I only get to have in once a year, maybe twice ... and I love it!! I mix it with smashed taters and gravy and bits of turkey ... yummers!!

A close second would be my butternut squash ... also only rarely get to have that.

Side dish: Cranberries! Anyway you want to fix them. 2nd choice: Beet salad

Main Dish: Cornbread Dressing (My Moms!)

Give me those two items and that is all I really want for my meal. Of course, the 'other one' (aka PEF) does not like cornbread dressing so we cook him a bird and some veggies. (4 whole cans of GREEN BEANS!)

Oyster Dressing
Greenbean casserolle
cranberry/orange relish
wild rice dressing
loaded mashed potatoes (with crumbled bacon, sauted onions, cheese, and chives)
ginger glazed carrots
fresh snap peas
corn with red and green peppers

Is that enough?
