Add a Florida Room on to the back of our house and a huge outbuilding for my trains.

I would re-do the floors and get hardwood in every room except the bedrooms and wet areas. We have too many animals and too many kids to have carpet everywhere!!!

I would also put in that pool that we've been talking about for so long....

Add a private jetport so that my in-laws could visit more often and supply the jet.

Add more bedrooms & bathrooms...

A large train building

A large craft building

A commercial kitchen

And economical alternative enegery storage.

Hey, I don't want much!

Tear it down and start from scratch.

Solar or wind powered, gas kitchen, mother-in-law suite. Dog run. Rose and vegetable garden. BBQ area. walk in shower with built in bench.

AHHHH! Great question! I would raise the roof on our ranch house, and make the entire area a master bedroom with a walk in closet, private bathroom with large jacuzzi and 2 person shower and sitting area for reading. Maybe even add a fireplace. Then, I would take my current bedroom and turn into a small den with sliding glass doors that go out to the deck which connects to the swimming pool. I'd also like to enlarge my kitchen! I'd also like to get hardwood flooring that is easy to clean! Santa? Can you hear me?

I would totally redo the two bathrooms, which use the same wall. Then the Garage which does not attach to the house and install solar energy equipment on the garage and use it to power some or all of the house.

replace my air conditioner
replace my water heater
redo my kitchen and dining room to make a pass-through to the dining room.
paint with colors
redo my bathrooms
replace vanities.
add a room to the back of the house with a new deck and new sky-lights to bring more light into the living room.
enlarge the master suite and redo the bathroom
add a current/lap pool at the bottom of the yard.
