Yes, I feel much better. By far and wide taking an intestinal probiotic has greatly improved my digestive tract. Jarrodophilus is the name, dry capsules, no liquid at all. I also take a Vitamin B stress complex and chewable vitamin C tablets.
I am taking a Multi-Vitamin for women ... an Iron Pill with a Vitamin C pill to help absorption ... Omega3 Fish Oil for cholesterol, etc ...
I think they are helping .... I have been anemic for a long time, so I am glad to find an Iron pill which seems to be working!!
Multi-vitamin, saw palmetto (men's urinary health), papaya (digestion, GI), Calcium, Cinnamon Bark (helps regulate blood sugar and provides a nice cinnamon toast flavored belch in the morning).
I have trouble getting those horse size pills down. I believe I should...but I rarely do. I take them is spirts like I do everything.
Yes, I take folic Acid,multi vitamin,vitamin C,fish oil usually daily...I do forget at times!

I take 3 vitamins a day. Fish oil for my heart. Hair and nail vitamins. L-Lysine for immune/skin. I do believe that they help.
Okay, now I feel badly. I should take evening primrose, fish oil, Vitamin B complex, but I don't.

Calcium
Cinnamon
Herb formula called sugar reg
Herb formula called blood sugar formula
Herb formula urinary tract health
Cranberry & Buchu for kidneys
Fiber
I really do think all of the herbs I'm taking does helps keep my A1C below 6 and keeps the UTI's away.
I used to take fish oil, but once diagnosed diabetic, it was highly recommended that I stop taking it.
My Dr has seen a reversal of some osteo after I started the calcium supplements.
I also make sure I drink 8 oz of Soy Milk daily.
