The Mountains - yes the moutains!
A view of Lake Tahoe through the trees---but close to the lake! OR better yet sitting the dock watching the boats and admiring the beautiful views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains with some snow on the top of the peaks....

Practically anywhere on the Coast of Maine from Cape Elizabeth to Bar Harbor would do just fine, with a dock down to my 40-50' sailing sloop would do the trick nicely.
Or alternatively, anywhere on the West Coast from about San Luis Obispo, CA to Half Moon Bay, CA.
Almost all of the above, but most of all, the view I already have of my own back acreage.
