Falling.
Heights do not bother me at all.
But the fear of falling has always been an issue.
I think it goes back to vacationing as a child in colorado and coming home with bruises on my upper arms from my mothers griping me while walking. She would hold on to me so tightly that it hurt for days. She and I have four left feet.....
having a panic attack while in an airplane, hence wanting to get out when i want. I deal with it and still fly but it sure would be more relaxing if I could just get over the fear. it has never happened but I can sure understand the guy that stormed the cockpit after 9/11. guess that's why they have drugs.

without sounding like a cliche', Fear itself.
Ever since I had my son i've developed a fear of heights. Going up mountain sides, across huge and high bridges i want to cry and sometimes do. I would love to conquer it, I use to be a big rock climber, and bridge jumper.
