None, Catholic school for 8 years and high school was conservative...my boyfriend does make fun of my leg warmers from the 80's but I think they have come back. hehehe
I didn't follow any fashion trend. That is one thing I steered clear of. I openly admit I don't have any fashion sense, but likewise I didn't spend alot of money on clothing that I had to then give to the Salvation Army.
When the masses finally realize that it's a bunch of flakes that are determining these fashion crazes intended only to separate you from your money, then maybe we'll dress better overall. But by all indications looking at those disgusting magazines at check-out counters, no wonder soceity is screwed up.
The rediculous wing hair style (aka Farah style).....
OH and the shirts with the ruffles that went from the waist to the top of the shoulder....Little House era in the 80's.....
I pretty much stick to what some probably call a preppy style. But really it is the type of clothing that L.L. Bean has sold for close to 100 years and it never goes out of style.
Hence the trend I subscribe to is "practical clothing"
Big bangs... big crazy big bangs..
I actually liked the shoulder pads and the big hair and miss them!!! I never ratted and teased and hairsprayed my hair ... I just permed it and fluffed it! I have rarely been a fashion trend follower .... I usually just wear what I like and what is comfortable!!!
