If you had to pass a test to keep your job and you found a way to cheat, would you do it? Would you report others who you know DID cheat?

If I had to pass a test to keep my job, I would probably find another job unless I believed in the basis for the testing. If I believed in the basis for the testing, then I would prepare myself to pass the test and I would not cheat.
Ditto to PEF....
And yes, I would tell my current supervisor of others I knew where cheating. Because my current supervisor is a very decent person. Now where I to work for someone I did not respect, I would have a more difficult decision and would probalby look for other employment.
Already done both, i.e. tested for job and again to remain there and pointed out cheaters.
At University, informed teachers when the cheating was SO obvious that everyone knew. In my opinion it was the prof's fault for not proctoring his own exams. When I proved to another Professor that I could have cheated on a test; yet didn't, thats when he allowed me to 'audit' his class.
Hate Cheaters - yet I'm not naive enough to beleive it's going to go away.
