Yes, i'm sure the person who lost it would need it, probably more than i do. I, of course, would be pretty excited if it were unclaimed and came back to me!

No. I have no scruples.....
If I was homeless and starving - No. Presently - definetely. I've returned lost cell phones, wallets with all the credit cards with cash within, check books, pets and one time a kid. Yes, you read that correctly - a kid in Louisiana wandering the neighborhood on foot-lost. Fortunately I knew the sirname. It was the grandchild that was visiting and wandered off.
