If blooming idiots are a sign of spring yes.
Actually the sunshine and warmer weather is making it fell more like spring. And I love it... Dallas Blooms starts March 10th and runs through April 15. If you live in the area...please make it out to the Dallas Arboretum if you can. (and yes, I am advertising for them....)

Blessing upon us YES! I worked in the garden today.
And I am determined to get to Dallas Arboretum this yr.
Yes - I live in the greater Dallas area and today it will be about 75F. That is Spring weather for sure.
We've had 2 days in a row of our high temps being in the 40's, although there is still snow on the ground. But the sun is shining!
Well ... every morning this week I have heard birds singing LOUDLY and happily ... and we have the windows open downsatirs and the A/C on upstairs ...
Sheesh ... one week ago it was snowing here ...
