Tessie Loo can tell you all about it. Dogs, of course. Or in this case, a Jack Russell who does not consider herself a dog.

Gone to their rewards--Cleo, Gretel, Buster, and Falstaff--dogs.
Cats rule.
Both, I've had both and love both. I will admit if the at can be trained to do the protection work of the dog, it would make the perfect pet. Imagine an intruder that is simutaneously agressed by a mob of cats all at once from head to toe with the sole objective of scratching their eyes. I don't think they are coming back and it makes it easier to apprehend them when they are screaming for mercy and to call off the cats.

CATS! Dogs are tooooooo much trouble! And too expensive, and if you go out of town they aren't as easy as cats are to just LEAVE. BUT Jarrod really wants a dog, so when we get a house we will probably get a stinkin' dog. :) Are you enjoying your lil pup?
I have always had cats. Our (HELL NO I wont't allow a dog in this house) cat past away so.... we got a dog ( still had 2 kittens at the time)
Which led to getting another dog b/c he need a friend to play with. When he died his friend needed a friend. So now I have 2 of each.
Cats...they want me when they need food or have to have the door opened.
Dogs... oh my goodness... they only don't want me when they are eating.
Short answer: Having cats first spoiled me.

But now we have a puppy to add to the mix. Dogs are a lot more work. She is a sweetie and is learning fast .... but WOW .... Cats are so much easier.
