HEY HEY HEY!!!!! FIRST TIME IN 40
YEARS OL' GUMDROP HAS BEEN FIRST.
THANKS FOR THE INFO ON 'ERP'. I'LL
NEVER USE IT BUT IT IS GOOD TO KNOW
OTHERWISE I WOULD GO DAY AFTER DAY
SAYING TO ME, "WHAT DOES PG&E DO
WITH AN ERP" NOW I CAN SLEEP AT NIGHT. THANKS TO ALL WHO COMMENTED!

NOW FOR TODAY: YEARS AND YEARS AGO
THERE LOTS OF STUFF TO MAKE A PERFECT DAY, NOW IF THE TEMP IS
ABOUT 80 AND THE HUMIDITY IS REAL LOW AND IT IS 1/2 WAY EASY TO BREATHE MAKES IT A PRETTY
CLOSE TO PERFECT AS IT CAN GET.
ALSO THE AC IS WORKING AS WELL AS
THE COMPU, AND A LOT OF BLOG/E-MAIL HAS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF IT
TRULY IS GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well .... it is kinda hard to say ... but I know it would involve mid-80's temps and low humidity .... the sounds of cicadas in the trees ... trees waving in a breeze and dappled sunlight playing around me ... windchimes and moving water sounds ... the scent of rosemary and geraniums and other flowering plants ....

Starts out with a Maine fog that turns into the prettiest blue sky with white puffy clods in New Harbor Maine.....
The lupine are in full bloom so I take a little walk and photograph them....

Then I'd take a nap on the rec cottage deck on the harbor where you can hear lobster boats coming in, sea gulls and Shaw's restaurant calling out order numbers
For lunch, we would get some lobster rolls and sodas and go out in the row boats, and play some board games.

Then in the evening we would have one of the great pizzas, light the Franklin stove, tell stories, jokes and play games until the wee hours of the night.

I would want all of PEF's family there, my parents & the pups.... and then start all over tomorrow until those tomorrow's become forever.

Yeah Gumdrop!
Mid to high 80's, low humidity, family around, nothing on the "To-Do List" (no comments please! LOL), being able to float in the pool, laugh with the kids, steaks on the grill, order a movie...no sense of time.....

Golf in the morning, sailing and swimming in the afternoon, a nice meal in the evening, then sitting around and/or in the pool with cold beverages and good friends until time for bed.

That sounds like a perfect summer day.
