No way, no how. The great composer and big band leader Duke Ellington put it best, "It takes the black keys and the white keys to make music, can't have one without the other".
As long as you could take away the racial prejudices at the same time as you change the color (you would have to change the facial features to something neutral as well), then I am all for it.
How about a nice mocha?
It might get rid of one reason why people hate each other, but that would leave, let's see . . . religion, national, class, economic consition, tribal . . . to name the most obvious.
But, we could get rid of race baiters, race users (Jesse Jackson!!), and their ilk at one swell foop - How nice that would be.
No....but what I would like is for every person to wake up and be color blind to the fact....
Not just no, but hell no! What fun would that be? Take away one of the 'uniquenesses'? oh heaven forbid. Take away people's inability to see past color and give all the ability to see a person for the heart and soul. That would be something!
I don't think it would make any differnce. I don't think I would want that.
Man is an agressive avaricious animal. He cannot survive with nothing to conquer, something to acquire. With color gone, he would find something to contest: religion (gee, you think?), hair color, eye color, nose shape, language, voice timbre, weight... Need I go on? Why hide the combatants?
Diversity makes our world an interesting place to live. Beauty is made with variety.
I say, don't mess with a design Divine.
