Favorite cut of steak....

A true Prime Cut of Ribeye well marbled, fixed Medium Rare. These can only be had at very expensive restaurants because only they get the true prime beef in this country, unless you butcher your own cattle or know someone who does.

The Picanya or true Top Sirloin at Texas de Brazil is also mouthwateringly delicious.

Why have a New York Strip or a filet when you can have a T-Bone???

T-Bone ... medium ...and I'll take some onion rings and a nice salad and a nice cold beer or a glass of red wine ...

YUM!!!
