hmmmm. Good aged beef, NY, rare.
Favorite cut of steak....
A true Prime Cut of Ribeye well marbled, fixed Medium Rare. These can only be had at very expensive restaurants because only they get the true prime beef in this country, unless you butcher your own cattle or know someone who does.
The Picanya or true Top Sirloin at Texas de Brazil is also mouthwateringly delicious.

Ribeye: Rare
I like a ribeye - not too fatty but nicelt marbled.
I like it medium to medium well.
I like it with onion rings.
I like it with a nice salad.
I like it for breakfast with eggs and hash browns
I like it.
Filet Mignon, Top Sirloin or Porterhouse all cooked Medium Rare (Warm Pink Center)
MAKE IT A FILET,MEDIUM [PINK IS FINE,RED TAKE IT BACK] IF YOU
NESTLE IT UP TO A LOBSTER TAIL GIVES YOU GOOD AMERICAN BROWNIE POINTS.
Ribeye Medium Rare, Good salad with homemade croutons, baked sweet potato, good red wine, makes me a happy camper.
