Whataburger - mostly cheese and mustard. Don't like Mayo by itself.
Steak-n-shake: Meat, Cheese, Pickle, Mustard, Bread.
Wataburger: same, just add onions.
In-n-Out: Meat, Bread, Cheese: but alas, I can't get these here. :(
on the westside of the state, Cubby's burgers in Auburn or Dick's in Seattle...on the east side, Dick's (different owner) in montana, gotta be Wendy's..In Idaho...Carl's Jr.
Steak-n-Shake: double meat, cheese, bacon, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, pickle, mayo, mustard and ketchup.
Same at In-n-Out Burger when I can get it.

We just "found" a great hamburger place out here called "Cheeseburger In Paradise". And they are great! Great food, cool cocktails and live music every night.....Paradise! Other than that, "Wendy's" cheeseburger with everything.
