Put simply integrity is doing the right thing every time without fail and without question. You might say how do you define "right", well I think we all know that if you encounter a situation and have to make a decision of the "right" or correct path those knots that occur in your stomach will point you to the right path.

I strive for integrity and I think for the most part I have it but ultimately others will have to pass judgement on that.

I totally agree with Pacific Electric Fan. I would add one other factor that is important to me.... being true to my word.

Integrity to me is like the golden rule. Since we know the golden rule, I won't repeat it here.

I wish I could say that I follow the golden rule always, but alas I have my moments particularly at Neighborhood Association and American Legion meetings because people make them much more complicated and drawn out than necessary.

In as far as business, money, feeding your pets, watching your house, etc; I exhibit the highest amount of integrity that I can. Afterall Dad sat all of us down and impressed upon us in a small Louisiana town how people talk and make character judgements about Dad based upon how we act.

Integrity - doing the thing that you think is best, good and correct.

I often measure integrity by a person’s work ethic and skills. Not the BEST measure probably, but I am a product of corporate America. I am trying to adjust those attitudes........

Do I have Integrity? I think so. Or at least I can look in the mirror on a daily basis and feel confident that I'm doing the best I can most of the time.

Knowing that your right to extend your arm ends where my face begins.

I think Integrity is doing the right thing ... even when it ends up hurting you. Doing the right things even if no one is watching you. Doing the right thing even if you have to eat your words and apologize. Doing the right thing even if it might cost you your life.
